The company was founded by Mike Pino, former executive chef of the Renaissance Room in Turnersville.

Pino has had over 25 years of experience in the catering business, working since the age of 13 in various aspects of the catering world, from busboy to manager.

Along with his late father, Pino worked to build Maitre D. Caterers into a business that satisfied the needs of its every customer, and with a policy designed to personalize menus according to customers' needs, Maitre D. Caterers has done just that.

"We customize the menus to people's taste and budget," said Pino.

Besides customizable menus, Maitre D. Caterers also offers both off-site and on-site catering.

With access to several banquet facilities that can seat up to 350 people, Maitre D. Caterers has the means to provide meals for gatherings of all types and sizes, including birthday parties, weddings, office gatherings and more.
